Flower Easter Egg Topiary with Video
I love flowers, Easter, and dollar store crafts. So I figured, why not combine them? I love how this Flower Easter Egg Topiary came out. I’m planning to make a couple more in varying sizes and colors for a grouping of them. They are so delicate and beautiful. The best part is just how easy (and inexpensive) this project is! I’ve put together a step by step tutorial, or you can watch the fun little video at the bottom of the post.

Here’s what you’ll need to make your own Flower Easter Egg Topiary:
- Silk flowers (I bought mine at the Dollar Tree)
- Large plastic Easter egg (these work great)
- Glass candle holder (Again, Dollar Tree)
- Hot glue
Step one:
Remove the flowers from their stems. Most fake flowers can be pulled right off their plastic stems.
Step two:
Using hot glue, attach the flowers to the plastic Easter egg.
Squish them in close together for a fuller looking Easter Egg Topiary.
Repeat until the entire egg is covered with flowers, except for a circle on the bottom where you will glue it to the candle stick.
Step Three:
Use hot glue to attach the flower covered Easter egg to the glass candle stick.
How simple is that? So easy, and quick! And the outcome is beautiful, you’d never guess this beautiful flower Easter egg topiary was a dollar store craft.
