Craft Shack Update!
Hello! I know it’s been some time since I’ve been here in the Craft Shack sharing projects with you. Even though it’s been quiet here on the blog, there’s been a lot happening. I miss sharing with my friends here, and so I wanted to give you an update today to share what I’ve been working on.
The biggest project going on over here at the Craft Shack house has been putting the house on the market to sell. We’ve completed several house projects that have taken up a significant amount of time. If I was a really great blogger, I would have documented each project to share! Honestly, there has just been so much to do that I am ashamed to say I didn’t stop to take process pictures along the way. For example, I resurfaced the shower and tub in our master bathroom. The master bath got a whole new makeover, new paint, vinyl flooring, and even a frame around the mirror. It looks amazing now! I promise if I repeat any of these projects when we buy our new home I will share details next time! The house also got a new roof, and some extensive yard work has been done.
I shared some of the photos of our home over on my Instagram account awhile back. If you use Instagram, follow along to see what is happening with my house, and to get a first look at the projects I’m completing on the other few blogs I’ve been guest writing at recently. I’m still not super active on Instagram right now, but I’ve been around there a little bit more than I have been here in the Craft Shack. You can see the home photos that I shared here.
I’ve also been posting monthly over on the Walnut Hollow blog. I love my good friends over at Walnut Hollow and completing and sharing projects with them is one of the highlights of blogging for me.
Check out some of my recent projects over there by clicking on the pictures below.
Recently I also started sharing some projects on the Buttons Galore and More blog too! I’ve always loved buttons, and I’m having so much fun sharing button related crafts over there.

I’m hoping now that all of the big house projects are finished and we’re just waiting for something to happen with the sale, that I will have more time to devote to crafting here in the craft shack again! I am in Phoenix this week with my friends at Cricut having a blast at the Make Something you Love event and as soon as I get home I plan to dive back into the world of blogging! You can follow along on my adventures in Phoenix with Cricut on Instagram. I also have some fun upcoming blog hops scheduled and some fun projects in mind for the holidays. I can’t wait to get back into things!
Just wait, as soon as I get my rhythm back the house will sell and I’ll have to pause again to move! Such is life! Isn’t it great though?
